11 weeks until Bench Nationals

So Monday was my 5th time training in my Titan Super Katana and each week I am getting more comfortable. I can easily say that Monday was my best workout out of the 4 previous. I felt the pressure of the shirt and held more weight in my hands than I ever felt before. Needless to say it was quite a rush.

I was so tired and fatigued after this volume of work I did only one set of triceps pull downs and the peck deck to finish off my workout. I am still worried about my shoulder after tearing my delt in early February. I figured that I can hit triceps and incline on Thursday which is my shoulder day.

Next week my plan is to work to a 1 board and possible go up to 700lbs. At this pace I am very confident that I will be ready for the USAPL Bench Nationals in about 11 weeks.

  1. I have videos of my last 3 sets (635,655 & 675) on my facebook page and youtube if anybody wants to see them. I am open for suggestions to fix anything that doesn’t look right.
