3/8/13 DL week 1 of training cycle.

OK so today it was snowing out and was very cold. Woke up and my back was a little tight, but not uncommon for me when the weather is like this. My cold is getting better day by day.

Warm up: used heating pad on my back for 20 min. then the usual walk around for 5-10 min to get heart rate up and stretched.

  2. Bar x 10
  3. 135 x 6
  4. 245 x 3
  5. 315 x 1
  6. 365 x 1 LB    LB= loose belt
  7. 405 x 1 MB  MB= medium belt
  8.  455 x 1 TB  TB= tight belt
  9. 485 x 1 @8.5
