Not a bad training week.  Still keeping the Raw lifting light.  Ideally, I’d like to have had an off season after the Arnold Classic Pro Meet, however with the demo coming up and putting on a show of strength for my sponsors, I want to do this right!  I am still keeping the equipped benching heavy, cutting a little back on the volume, and lowering the intensity of raw training slightly.  So far, I’ve been recovering very fast!

Wide Grip Raw Bench Press

Friday:
Close Grip Raw Bench Press
380 x4x4 @8

High Bar No Belt Raw Squat
275 x10 @7

ABS/Grip/Rotators/ETC.

Saturday:
Family REUNION
