5 Weeks Out from Men’s Nationals

I haven’t been on here in forever and I apologize for that. So what’s happened over the past couple months for me? Well, won the GNC Pro Deadlift for the 4th time and pulled a pr of 843, then went on to Collegiates and hit a pretty good total (804,480,804,2088) and helped lead the University of Texas to back-back titles for the first time in school history. So what’s going on now? Preparing for my first Open Nationals since 2010, and trying to make the Open World team. Last 5 weeks of my training cycle are always the most exciting/intense as I get into my gear and start moving some real weight. I’ll keep y’all updated on my progress through this cycle and my road to Men’s Nationals in Philadelphia, PA.
