7/29 bench workout with fellow IA teammate Jeff McDaniel.Kicking ass and another pr !

Well Big Thanks to Jeff for assisting me and helping me hit a pr. Nothing better then training with someone who is an incredible bencher and keeps you on your toes. This was my last heavy workout. Next week I will go to my opener and that is it. No more prs I know where I am at.  Things started off a lil sloppy with the shirt on but got my act together by 575. After the shirt I pretty much finished what energy I had left by going raw with the Titan RAM(large) and some dumbbell inclines which did me in.

Bench

335 3 reps raw(narrow grip)

405 2 reps 2 board raw( I like to feel the heavier weight raw before going to the shirt yet not burning out my tie ins)

shirt

515 3 reps 3 board

555 1 rep 2 board

575 1 rep 2 board(this was an extra set .This is was used to reset my mind and momentum,it worked)

585 1 rep full rep

415 4 reps raw with RAM large( use a bigger  one so I get nothing at the top but support at the bottom to avoid overtraining)

380 3 raw (tired as hell,fried)

NOT DONE YET

110 lb dumbbells 6 reps

130 lb dumbbells 6 reps

DONE

Next week exact sets I will be doing at nationals with all the rules. Opener will be…….
