Since nationals I’ve done a lot of NOTHING.  And it feels great.  I really over did everything leading up to that contest.  So, I’ve been laying low, resting, healing, gaining motivation, and planning my next competition.

My next competition will be the 4th Annual IPF/NAPF/FESUPO Pan-American and 7th IPF/NAPF North American Regional Bench Press Championships.  NOV 15-17

Looks like a lot of guys from the Belleville Weightlifting Club will be going as well.  Shaun, Dana, Josh, and I have all been given invites.  Very cool.

One thing that I have been working on is the diet.  Here is my current daily diet plan.  Keep in mind that if I am light or heavy, I’ll simply increase portion sizes.  I don’t bother with counting calories.  The scale and calipers are my guide.

Monday-Friday
Breakfast:
1 Cup Raw Oats
24g Protein Powder
Almond Slices
Raw Sunflower Seeds
Flavored with Cinnamin

Snack:
24g Protein Shake
Nuts

Lunch:
6oz Chicken Breast
Quinoa
4-5 servings of vegetables

1 Hour Pre Workout:
1/2 scoop Karbolic (by Professional Supplements)
2 Fruits

Immediate Post Workout:
48g protein shake
1 scoop Karbolic (by Professional Supplements)

Dinner:
6+OZ Steak
Quinoa
4-5 Servings Vegetables

Snack:
More Steak
or
Greek Yogurt
or
Carrots and Hummus
or
Nuts/Seeds
