I’ll definitely start competition skills training in a couple of weeks.  Going to give the shoulders a bit more rest.  Good news today is that my bicep tendon in my left shoulder did not hurt at all today.  Now if I could just get the right one to follow suit, I’ll be doing better than good.  The presses today felt fairly comfortable.  My hips stayed on the bench the entire time which is a good thing for me.  Thanks to Dana, Josh, Andy, and Dan for their help tonight.  Monday’s at the BWLC are typically the busiest, but for whatever reason it seems that new years resolutions haven’t infected the club.

I GOT A PLAN TO THROW THAT WORLD RECORD THROUGH THE ROOF.
