I am going to add my other upper body parts to my weekly log so everything involved with the bench is covered.

I do shoulders/back on Tuesdays and arms on Thursdays. This week I switched my heavy press focus from tris to shoulders. My pressing overtraining rule.

Tuesday:

Shrugs 275 for 8 reps  for 2 sets

405 for 6 reps for 2 sets

475 ”                 ” 1 set

535 ”          5 reps   1 set

590 for 5 reps pin pull from above the knee

405 for 8 reps shrug

Standing overhead press

155 for 8

175  for 8

200 for 8

Behind the neck

155 for 8

175 for 8 for 2 sets

Lat pulls

210 for 8 reps 2 sets

235 for 6 ”            ”

260 for 5

230 for 6

Thursday

Standing dumbell curl

50 for 8

60 for 6

75 for 4

preacher curl

125 for 8

145 for 5

155 for 4

standing curl

140 for 5

165 for 4

Headbangers

105 for 8

120 for 8

140 for 6

160 for 5

T pushdowns

110 for 8 2 sets

125 for 6

135 for 6

110 for 8

Everything felt great. Muscle stamina is good considering the volume .
