Back on the Grind.

Back on the Grind.

Mar 31, 2014

First and foremost Sciatica is no joke! I still have some numbing sensation in the back of my leg but I am working that out. I have started back to working out again but my return to the platform will have to wait until June 7th. I still haven’t went back to deadlifts or squats yet. My strength was still pretty good. I am ready to dial it in for 2014. The goals are still the same and I will be ready. Sunday’s workout was a light pause bench workout. I haven’t done a paused set workout since 2012.

Paused Set Workout
45×50
135×20
225×10
275×6
315×3
350×6
375×4
420×4
390×4
350×6

A nice light workout to get going. My weight amounts are going to increase. I am going back to my hardcore routine I used to do. It adds weight and volume and reps. Its more time in the gym but worth the results.

I always like to thank Iron Authority, ATP Extreme, PrimoChalk, Oxygen Factor, Anderson Powerlifting, Total Nutrition Shop, BenchBlokz and Unbreakable Gear.

Thanks to Iron Chamber Gym, Old School Iron and King’s Gym for the great training atmoshepre.
