Five weeks out from Rise of the Deadlift/Beast of the Benchpress in Northbrook, Illinois.

On Friday – bench – 140×5, 190×4, 230×3, 280×2, 320×2 (Ram), 390×2 (2bd) shirt, 410×1(2bd), 460×1(3bd)

Bench 230×5 (to chest, 1bd-4bd) – total 25 uninterrupted reps.

Face pulls and triceps (20 reps three sets each)

Monday – red band bench – bar x 8, 135×5, 225×5, ram 315×2

Reverse band bench – 405×3, 455×2, 495×2, 525×2 w/Ram

Rows 2x120x20, Facepulls 2x90x15, tricep pulldowns 3x120x16

Crunches 100lb 30 and 15 each side.

Working on handling heavier weights primarily with loose Viking shirt and reverse bands.  Started including both legs in leg drive.
