Bench was not going to be pretty today no matter what! I knew this from the second I woke up with horrible nerve pain. If any of you have ever had pinched nerves before you know that pain.  Your strength is there but the nerves shut the muscles down. BOOOOOOO!!  The only thing to do is wait for the pressure on the nerve to calm down then come back slow. I went back 7 months in my training log and found the problem. So now  i am back on track.

  3. 375×3 * not a PR but I’ll take it considering the nerve pain.

CLOSE GRIP

JACK EXT

  1. 100X6

ROPE PUSHDOWNS

  1. 90X15

* Took it easy today because of pain. Sorry this blog was a little boring, but there was nothing too exciting to say. I don’t know if that 2x body weight bench is going to happen but I have shocked myself before. 440???
