Worked on shoulder mobility.

 

I feel that my latest success to my RAW bench can be attributed to the maintenance I’ve been putting into my shoulders.  I’ve had labral tearing, scarring, bursitis, and sever inflammation for years.  I’ve had enough, so I am taking a very pro-active approach to healing and working on shoulder mobility.  The results are nothing short of extraordinary.  I feel that on my best day, I could raw press around 525.  This is very good for me.
