A really typical week of training.  this has been another week of progress.  Work has been busy so I haven’t been able to keep up with the log as much.  Trying to get better about that.

3 Board Press 315 x20 @7 (RAW), Felt easier than last week.  Estimated max here is 555.

DB Bench Press 120s (50 total reps)
Triceps Extensions 135 x3x12
DB Chest Flyes 50s x3x15

Wednesday

Thursday
Bench Press (RAW) 255 (50 total reps)
Bent DB Rows 60s/80s/60s x20
Curls 40/35/30/25 x20

DB Military Press (sitting on flat bench) 60s x10 / 80s x10 /  80s x10 /60s x2x10
Neutral Grip Bench Press 175/195/215 x15 (feeling easier)
DB Chest Flyes 50s x3x15
