Brady’s Bench Training 7/6 – 7/12 (2014)

Brady’s Bench Training 7/6 – 7/12 (2014)

Jul 12, 2014

The equipped training is getting better.  This is my last week without using a belt for equipped bench pressing.  Had to stop running this week because my legs were hurting from it.  So I just put the incline way up and walked fast ~4.0 mph.

Next week I’ll likely go up to 585 x5 reps, may throw the belt on too.  Bottom line is I need to start touching weights to the chest a bit more.  I’ve been getting about 1/2 of my shirt reps to touch so far, but thats not enough.

Also, I’ve been forgetting to log my deadlifting.  I deadlift three times a week after cardio for one or two sets of 10 reps.  Feels good.
