Well I’m going to get straight to the point and start by saying that my back and hip most likely will never get better.  I have good weeks here and there but I am in constant pain.  I battle with the realization everyday that I may not ever get better and never live up to my potential and more importantly my goals. I am a powerlifter. I’ve always been a powerlifter. To not be able to do what I love… What saved me from my past… What makes me ME, kills me.

I have a few Ideas left in my mad scientist brain and if they don’t work I guess I’ll just bench and see how far that goes. I hate the idea of becoming a “Bencher” but at least its something.

After I walked around the Mt for about 40 min.  I hope to be around 450 bench by the end of the year but I hope to be squatting and deadlifting too.
