Man oh man!! Do I get tired of doing the same thing over and over again. This includes not only my training and nutrition but my supplementation as well.

Let’s face it; we all get sick of doing the same workouts for weeks/months on end and eating the same meal 5 times a day. That’s why we find new and exciting workouts and brand new recipes to keep our minds fresh and focused on our fitness goals.


What I’m about to share with you has spawned directly from me needing a change.  Simply put, I train very hard for my sport and my training sessions last up to 5 hrs at times. Staying anabolic and maintaining energy with sessions this long gets very difficult. To tell you the truth I just want to chew something rather than drink it after being there so long. This is why I made the Amino Gummies. Let me tell you, I am SOOOO glad I made these because they are AWESOME AND DELICIOUS!!! Plus I didn’t screw up 500 times before I got them right. 1st SHOT BABY!!


Without me blabbing anymore, here is the recipe.




What you will need:


  • Measuring cup
  • 12 count silicon mini muffin mold. You can really use any mold you want. Gummy bearsworms-gummy lego-gummy gummy-bears , Lego, or worm molds would be cool. Use your imagination. Just make sure to do the math to get the serving size right if you use a mold with a different count.
  • Sauce pan
  • 1 oz unflavored gelatin (Comes in small box with 4 backs. Use all 4 packs)
  • 3 oz box of Jell-O (Your choice of flavor. I used raspberry.)
  • 1 cup of cold water. (If water is warm or hot the gelatin will clump)
  • 6 scoops of Promera Sports Amino Tren





*Put 1 cup of cold water in saucepan

*Slowly pour/ sprinkle all unflavored gelatin into the water. If you pour too fast it will clump. You don’t want that.

* Slowly pour/ sprinkle Jell-O into water.

* Mix to break up any clumps that may have accrued. No heat yet.

*Now that it’s well mixed, turn heat to med/low and slowly stir for 5-10 min. Only long enough for mixture to become smooth and syrup like.

* Take off heat and pour into measuring cup.

* Let it sit for 5 min.

* Slowly add 6 scoops of Promera Sports Amino Tren. Make sure this is well mixed. There shouldn’t be any clumps. Don’t mix fast or you will get lots of air bubbles.

*Once everything is mixed and there are no clumps go ahead and pour that yummy goodness into the molds. You may want to place the mold on a plate or tray for easy transport to the refrigerator.

* Let them cool in refrigerator for 1 hr.

* This step is the most important, so read carefully………… Take them out and try not to eat them all.

* 2 gummies = 1 serving.  6 Total servings


I would like to mention you could also use Glutamine , or CON-CRET Creatine HCL . Use your imagination. Let me know what you come up with.
