First week of volume training/Road to Battle of Cleveland and Bench Nationals

Today was my first good heavy volume training. I didn’t get what I wanted but it showed my strength was back.

Overall the weight felt light my body had to adjust. I’m confident of where I will be for my upcoming meets. Last year whenI hit 529 at Bench Nationals I never did more than 475 during my training. Next week I look to hit the numbers I set out for. Thanks to the Auerbachs for their help in the gym.
