Started off the day with some shoulder mobility exercises.  They have been working very well for me.  I’ll have to post a video of this sometime.  I just want to make sure that they continue to work for the next couple weeks and the pain subsides.

Close Grip Raw Bench
385 x5 @7
385 x5 @7.5
385 x5 @8

Wide Grip Bench
375 x10 @8
375 x10 @9, a little on the heavy side, but I was starting to get fatigued.  Next week should go a little better.

Lat Pulldowns
240 x5x10

DB Military Press
65s x5x12 @7

Rotators x3x20
