Its all about becoming better.  If you haven’t done something today to make you a better person or athlete.  You aren’t moving forward, you are moving backward.

These days I did some yard work, powned some pavement on my Specialized Hardrock 29er, and grilled about 8 lbs of steak to chew on through the week.  Also did quite a bit of web stuff.  Look for the article 10 Habits of the Most Accomplished Strength Athletes!
