Its amazing how taking a month away from lifting really doesn’t make that much of an impact.  Just takes a couple or few weeks for my strength to feel 100% again.  Its like riding a bike.

On another note, I just ordered some USB studio condenser microphones and other podcasting accessories.  I hope that the show we create really takes off.  I feel that we’ll have some interesting perspectives and knowledge to offer listeners.  We’ll have some fun with it as well.
