Jim Bell came into the club today.  He’s a great guy!  Always smiling, always fun.  He is decked out in IA PRO gear now.

We discussed training, training philosophy, evolution of athletes, and sports psychology.

Brett Vetter tested his powerlifts well today for his meet on Nov 3 in Granite City, IL.  He’ll be ready.
