As soon as I brought it home my wife asked me if I was really going to take it. What are you some old man is what I heard. From this I have a feeling you might know what I am taking about, if not it’s fiber. Yes fiber; orange flavored psyllium husk that I mix with water. But why Paul would you take in additional fiber; don’t you get enough with your diet?

And honestly I thought I did. I ate oatmeal almost every morning, tried to get some veggies in. But I would have stomach pain and bloating through out the day. This would usually also lead to my own water fall. I tried to see if it was something I was eating or a supplement, but this hardly ever change.

So I did some research. I found that my body was not getting in enough fiber. And with my research I found that psyllium husk was the best options for what’s available. I found an hub to try out. Figured for only $7 for almost a month supple would we worth the try.

I take one tablespoon three times a day. After a few days I started to notice a difference. The pain diminished, the water fall stopped, and my stomach didn’t have the bloated look or feeling. It was something I could add in easily and noticed results shortly in using it. It’s something cheap you could easily add into your diet. It has been well worth the try.
