Pushing it to the Limit 12/30/14

Training has been going very well. I am satisfied with the progress I made so far but I think its time for a deload or week off next week. I am trying my hardest to push my body to the limit but avoid injury at the same time. I think I am at the point now where a week of very high reps next week will be huge chance for me to recover. So with that being said here is my training from last night December 30, 2013:

Flat Bench:
135×20
225×20
315×5
405×5
455×3
495×2
525×1

525×2 with Bench Blokz
550×2 with Bench Blokz

585×2 with Titan Super Ram
605×2 with Titan Super Ram

Flys 3×20

Blue Band Triceps pulldowns
100 total reps

Last night was my first workout trying out Bench Blokz and I really liked them. It is one less spotter/helper needed and I felt much less crowded when on the bench.

Have to thank everybody at Cellis Fitness Center for all the help and continued support.
