Helped out Josh today and gave the guys a short seminar on shirted benching.  How to set up properly, staying rigid, bar position, bar path, and contingenies for when the bar has stalled.  I think it resonated.  There isn’t a better feeling than pushing out a PR when you’ve grinded that weight out with all of your being.  A lot of guys give up on the lift, that is when you need to push like your life depended on it.  I’ve made more lifts never giving up than I can count.  I’d rather pass out than miss a lift.  Missing a lift is failing.  I don’t fail because I don’t accept failure.
