OK , so I’m really plumping up now. I am around 227 to 230 depending on what my fat ass decides to eat that day. Monday came around and I fell asleep with the fan on and it was hitting my back all night. This made my back really stiff so I told myself that I will play it by feel today and go from there.

SQUAT

  7. 455×1 MB * this didn’t feel like I wanted it to so I decided to add 10 pounds to my last normal warm up and make that my first set.

  10. 550×2@9.5 * I had more but not much. I did the right thing. I can’t risk injury especially with my history. I will make it up next week.

At this point I was super sweaty from the heat and the bar was sliding no matter how much chalk I put on my back. Tore the skin right off.

Day 2 BENCH

stretching, PVC pipe rolling, Lacrosse balling  just to make the nerve pain somewhat bearable.

  8. 390×2 5 lbs below PR. pretty happy with this considering the nerve pain. My right hand and fingers actually get to about 1 and a half times there normal size

after this I did some normal Assis work and started some cardio. 5 hills and 3 sprints. That was enough for my jelly ass.

I have noticed one thing during bench. Since I have put on the extra size and my forearms and biceps have gotten bigger, they act like springs at the bottom of the lift. So YES! Big Bis can help your bench.
