It only took 3 weeks for my strength to rebound back from a 1 month break.

Time to put some brutality into my training.

Close Grip Bench Press
365 x5 @7
385 x5 @7
405 x5 @7.5

Wide Grip Bench Press
385 x10 @8
385 x10 @9

Lat Pulldowns
240 x5x10

Standing DB Military Press
65s x5x10, very easy

Shoulder Horn
x3x30

Training with bad intentions.  I am telling you, when I am in the zone under the bar…I am seeing red.  I am a berserker on the inside.  Bottled rage.
