Wednesday – nice 30 minute walk, wanted to ride the bike, but the weather outside here has been terrible.

Rotators xALOT

The shoulders are feeling a little bit better at the top end of my ROM during pressing exercises.  This is a victory for me.  The shoulders are still a little sore through the motion, but I am confident that it will only get better.  Putting some more focus on prehab, rehab, and balancing the strength in my shoulders has been great for my training.  Just when I think I have my training figured out, I always learn something.

Next week I’ll be lowering the intensity quite a bit.  It will be a low-medium stress week.  I really want that world record.  Gotta hit 717+ in Denver.
