This is my second week in my Super Katana and I am satisfied with the way things are going so far. I am still in the process of loosing up the shirt; it still does not even go above my elbows. It is like right there but not quite above, still about an inch and a half better than last week. And also got good news as far as my raw strength, I did my warm ups raw up to 405 that is the most I have gone raw since my shoulder injury. So as of right now I couldn’t be any more pleased with the way things are going.

Put shirt on all sets to a 4 board

I touched the board on all sets, which is an improvement from last week. I am still not all the comfortable with grabbing the bar out real wide. My raw grip is very narrow and having to put my fingers out so wide is taking some time getting used to. My normal raw grip my pinky is inside the ring. This week my middle finger was on the rings that feels the most comfortable for me.

I also did triceps and accessory chest work.
