560 squat(2)OK. It is time to start dropping some weight so I went to do some sprints on Saturday and I realized how fat I got. No matter how hard I tried I felt like I was running with the old fat kid that I was on my back. I was able to breathe great. It was just that I was really slow. This has everything to do with not being able to run do to injuries. Now that I’m 10lbs heavier than normal it shows in my speed. Needless to say this is something that needs to be addressed.

Monday. Time to kill some Squat and make sure my undies know it!

*** So my Mom decides to train with me today which is cool cause I usually train alone and the company is nice. Now that I am done with my main squat she walks over to the bench and starts moving my stuff that I had on there. I asked what she was doing and she said moving your stuff I have to bench! With the most serious face on. This was one of the coolest things ever. hahaha. After she gets done kicking ass on the bench she starts to help me load the leg press. She turns to grab another plate and SMASH! %$KABLAMO#^ Face first into the end of the  bar. Now we have all done this at least once. I’ve even seen guys KO themselves, But when its your MOM its a little different. She spins to the ground and I look at her head and its lumped up bad! So we go up stairs to ice it and the only thing I can think of is the scene from Rocky where he says ” cut me mick” lol. Now this is where it gets cool. after she is iced up she looks at me and says “get out of the way! I have to finish my set!” HAHAHA AWESOME! THE RAGING BULL CONTINUES.

*** My back is about 90% now and I feel I am ready to squat 584 to 600 in April. 1600 isn’t going to lift itself.
