Shirt Training week 2

This is my second week in my Super Katana and I am satisfied with the way things are going so far. I am still in the process of loosing up the shirt; it still does not even go above my elbows. It is like right there but not quite above, still about an inch and a half better than last week. And also got good news as far as my raw strength, I did my warm ups raw...
