OK so today was Dead Friday. As some of you know I am training for a meet in April and the goal is 1600 RAW! The last meet I did was NJ states in Aug. OK. It is time to start dropping some weight so I went to do some sprints on Saturday and I realized how fat I got. 3/8/13 DL week 1 of training cycle.

OK so today it was snowing out and was very cold. Woke up and my back was a little tight, but not uncommon for me when the weather is like this. My cold is getting better day by day.
