Dilemma….HELP!!!

For the last few weeks I have been training to rehab my shoulder so I can get back to what I love, lifting weights. When I started this whole rehab process I set a goal that when I can bench 315lbs comfortable for a few reps I would make the jump from raw to single ply. Rehab was going great I was doing less weight and more reps and I really felt this helping...
