Secondary Phase Complete

Today just completed what I call the secondary phase.  I usually split my training up into 3 phases for each competition. DAY 1 Equipped Bench Press 5 singles averaging 702lbs. Pulldowns 240 x4x12 Rotators DAY 2 Close Grip Raw 455 x5, a bit heavy Wide Grip Raw 420 x8, ruined my initial setup Military Presses 60s x4x20 May or may not post a video on this. TOTAL...
