Close Grip Bench – RAM
365 x5 @7
385 x5 @7
405 x5 @7.5

Wide Grip Bench – RAM
355 x10 @7
385 x10 @8, hit the uprights about 3 times in the process.  Will fix next week.

LATS / DBBP x12
LATS / DBBP x12
LATS / DBMP x12
LATS / DBMP x12
LATS / DBMP x12

Rotators for a lot of exercises sets and reps
Friday

Squat x10
ABS x3x30
Curls for many sets reps variations…to fatigue on most sets.
Flexing, for the imaginary bodybuilder inside me
