What you’ll find with my log is that I bench 3-4 days a week.  Monday’s are extremely heavy and just about every other day is lighter and less stressful.  This is exactly how I’ve programmed it.  I don’t like to push the raw bench a lot when I have important contests coming up.  I focus my attention on heavy specialized training in the shirt on monday.  The other days, due to their lower intensities, are designed as active recovery and to keep the muscles conditioned and to experience a little hypertrophy.

Lat Pulldowns

Squats 225 x10

Helped out Shaun and Josh tonight as well.  Shaun did a really good press with 665!  The best he’s ever trained and looked…EVER!  Josh worked up to 485.  Next week, he’ll go to 495!
