Nothing too spectacular today.  Barely ramped up the intensity, cut a little volume, and pressed on.

It seemingly takes me an unnaturally long amount of time to warmup.  I always get better as I go along.

Took my time, but it was worth it.  Spoke with some neighbors about training and youth athletics.  Beth and I went to Subway and I had a BIG PHILLY!  Tasty…
