wed A.K.A Bench night

Mar 7, 2013

Still sick as hell but training is a must. If I want to be ranked number 1 I’m going to have to train when no one else wants to.

2) 340×5
*speed puke
3) 360×5 tied PR
* pretty happy with this considering me being sick.

DB bench
1) 100×10
2) 100×10 +2 mini bands 2sets

JACK EXT
1)100×6
2)150×6
3)160×6
4)160×6
*this is an exercise I made up 13-14yrs ago. works great.

PUSH DOWNS
1) 90×10
2) 180×10
3) 210×10
4) 230×10
5) drop set 140×15
*WORK YOUR TRIS!!!
*** this is my first week of my training cycle for the SSPT INVITATIONAL.
Being sick isn’t ideal but it is what it is. A lot of people would say don’t train while you’re sick or don’t train hard. I’m not most people. In order for me to reach my goals I have to train not only harder, but when my competitors don’t want to. when they’re at home in their Snuggie eating chicken noodle soup I’m putting in work.

Brilliant advice. Train while sick. Let me know many sessions you miss next week after you don’t get better. HARDCORE.

    • I never said for anyone else to do this. I’m already getting better. If I miss any training sessions I will let you know. Thanks for reading my Blog.

If I read correctly it wasn’t advice he gave, it was more like an update on his training. Calm down keyboard tough guy.

  2. I’ve trained while sick more times that I can remember, trained with broken bones, severely dehydrated, etc. Its part of the game. BOTTOM LINE: If you want to be the best, you do what it takes.
