Week 5 day 1 Raw Nats Training

OK it’s getting close to game time. This is always the time where I kick it into high gear. Pushing my body and mind beyond the breaking point. After years of training, you  reach a level of self awareness that is unmatched. Knowing exactly how far to go without going to far. Yes anything can happen at anytime but essentially  you can push yourself to your bodies true max. This takes tons of mental focus. I will dive more into this in another article. For now here’s how squat went.

SQUAT

  1. 475X5
  2. 505X5
  3. 535X5@DEATH! *** It was 94 outside and I dont have AC. Combo of this squat and heat dropped me to the floor. I’ll post the link to the video at the bottom.

Started pin squats and felt some pain in my back where I fractured it.  I said NOOOOO WAAAAYYY. Stopped right there. I am constantly in pain with my back but I know when something is going wrong or about to, so I played it safe.

LEG PRESS

  1. 670×10
  2. 800×10
  3. 800×10 *** kept it easy cause my back was not feeling the best so no pin squats today.

CABLE ABS

  1. 90×10
  2. 180×10
  3. 270×10
  4. 360×10
  5. 360×10
  6. 360×10
  7. 270×25
