Its Monday and I am feeling great, the best I have felt in months. So the plan for this week is to load the bar up with weights and push my shoulder to see how good it is really healing.
Monday:
Flat bench:

135×25
185×20
185×15
205×10
225×10
275×6
295×5
315×4
If all this feels good I will throw my Super Ram on and go to 335-365×5.

Bamboo stick with 16kg kettlebells on each side
3×15

Incline
135×20
185×15
225×10

Peck Deck:
2×25
supersets w/tricept pulldowns
2×15

1 arm skull crushers
45lbsx8reps each arm

Single arm reverse grip pulldowns
2×10 each arm.

TOTAL HITS [121]

    Since I posted this blog before my workout yesterday I decided to update and let everyone know how the workout went. I ended up getting all the sets on the flat bench. I did skip the incline and do some extra tricep work. I am a bit sore today which is awesome!
